I am so beyond lucky to have the most caring, crazy, creative, funny and supportive people as my family. Towards the end of August, some of my family (parents, brothers, cousin, and aunt and uncle) came to visit me up north. It was raining when they first got to Marquette in the afternoon but luckily the rain passed and the temperature rose a little bit. The family visited for two marvelous days and we got in some fantastic hiking. Nothing strenuous, but very beautiful, relaxing and full of happiness. Most of the thimble-berries in the forest were gone because of us, haha.
